Privacy policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This is a plain-English summary of how Pilot AI Tools (pilotaitools.com) handles information. The site is run by Nick Rae. Questions or requests: [email protected].
What we collect
- Newsletter email address. If you subscribe, you type your email into a signup form provided by Beehiiv, our email service. Beehiiv collects and stores your address (and basic signup details it records) and sends the newsletter. Its handling is covered by Beehiiv's privacy policy. We use your email only to send the newsletter and related site updates.
- Anonymous site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first: it does not use cookies or local storage to track you across sites. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
- Emails you send us. If you email [email protected] (a tool submission, sponsorship inquiry or correction), we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't run ads or advertising trackers.
- We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Affiliate and outside links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links; if you buy through one we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click through to another site, that site's own privacy practices apply. See About & disclosure.
Newsletter choices
The newsletter is monthly. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed or to have your address deleted.
Your requests
To access, correct or delete information we hold about you, email us at the address above. Subscriber data held by Beehiiv can also be removed by unsubscribing.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
